Well, that's pretty much how Hand To Mouth Edibles Gourmet Foods was founded. Aaron Baum, a Communications Consultant and self-described "guy who loves to cook" listened to the suggestions of friends and family. He took their advice and changed careers to start his own gourmet food company.
Aaron knew from the beginning that the key to making his gourmet foods taste so great was using the finest all-natural ingredients. Aaron also realized that high quality spreads and tapenades were not so easily available. In 1997, Hand To Mouth Edibles was brought to the market with all-natural gourmet tapenades and spreads. Ambrosias and tapenades are delicious, versatile products that the professional and the home-cook alike can appreciate.
