Mediterranean Pasta

Aaron Baum, "a guy who loves to cook", offers this vegetarian recipe using one of the quality products from his company, Hand to Mouth Edibles.

Ingredients

* Your favorite pasta
* Extra virgin olive oil
* 1-2 tablespoons Roasted Red Pepper & Artichoke Tapenade
* Crumbled feta cheese
* Italian parsley, chopped

Preparation

1. Cook your favorite pasta according to directions.

2. Drizzle some good olive oil over the pasta.

3. Add 1-2 tabkespoons of Tapenade & toss well.

4. Garnish with feta cheese and Italian parsley.
