Sustainable Farms are Worth the Effort |

Daniel Serna, a sophomore at Timothy Dwight College and a representative on the Yale Dining Services Advisory Committee wrote a guest column on sustainable farms for the Yale Daily News (Nov. 2005).
"Step away from Yale for a moment and a visit a farm. Talk to those who do it every day. You might just realize that the future of animal agriculture is a lot brighter than you thought."

Daniel Serna's article does a fine job of explaining a sustainable approach to animal husbandry. It is important for people to know the difference between food raised sustainably & food from animals the vast feedlots that produce food that can endanger health while destroying the land.

Hard to believe someone as smart as Daniel Serna's article came from the same school that gave us George W. Bush!
